BenQ has showed off their initial Android inscription during this week BenQ’s Global Distributors Meeting in Taiwan. Called the nReader R100, the device packs the 667MHz Samsung ARM-based CPU, 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 resistive touchscreen display, the 4GB of peep storage, an SD/SDHC/SDXC label slot, 3G, WiFi, an HDMI port, the 12-hour battery as well as runs on Android 2.2 OS. The BenQ nReader R100 is approaching to be launched in Q1 subsequent year in China, Taiwan as well as Japan, however, there’s no word on pricing yet.
